Overview

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. They manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating job offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Responsible For

    • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to hiring.
    • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications.
    • Coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align candidate profiles with company needs.
    • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Managing job offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
    • Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular reports to management.
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Specific Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workday, BambooHR, or Greenhouse.
  • Familiarity with online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to effectively write job descriptions and postings.
  • Experience with candidate sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Human Resources
  • Business Administration
  • Psychology
  • Management

Preferred:

  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR-related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
