Administrative Coordinator

Overview

An Administrative Coordinator provides support to the team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, organizing schedules, and ensuring smooth office operations. They serve as a central point of contact for communication, scheduling, and logistical coordination within the organization.

Responsible For

    • Managing and coordinating schedules for executives and teams, ensuring effective time management.
    • Organizing and maintaining office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
    • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
    • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to arrange meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Handling office supplies inventory and ordering as needed.
    • Processing and organizing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
    • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
    • Supporting HR activities, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
    • Assisting with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.

Specific Skills

Technical Skills:

Preferred:
